Steven is a culinary health professional with a food first philosophy. In the past, he has battled with the toxic mindset and struggles that accompany weight and health issues. For many years this kept him from achieving his health goals and true potential. He has a strong belief that a change in health and weight begins from within and everything we put in our bodies should be nutritious and absolutely delicious. Pulling from 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, running kitchens, and creating menus in Hawaii, California, Chicago, New England, and South East Asia, he aims to create food that heals, nurtures, and revitalizes the mind, body, and spirit.
